"COVID-19 Symptoms"
If a guest is displaying signs of COVID19 while staying in overnight accommodation, they should inform the accommodation provider, immediately self-isolate where they are to minimise any risk of transmission and request a test. If they are confirmed to have COVID-19, they should return home if they reasonably can. They should use private transport but only drive themselves if they can do so safely.

"Accomodation"
Phone Reception:
Mobile phone reception is poor due to thickness of the walls and cladding. A signal can be gained outside of the property.
.
Linen and Towels:
We have left additional towels to cover the week. If you require further towels or linen please contact us and we will leave it outside your front door. Any used towels or linen can be left outside in the washing bag for collection.
.
Bins:
There is a blue bin positioned opposite the apartment entrance and on the back boundary wall. Please use this for all rubbish and dog waste. Recycling can be left in the flat for collection by the cleaner on your departure or if you prefer, leave outside the apartment in a suitable bag and we will collect during your stay. Thank you.
.
Washing:
Unfortunately due to COVID restrictions we are unable to offer facilities for washing clothes. Feel free to use the washing line outside for damp or wet clothes or use the over heater airer provided.
.
Cleaning:
The property has been cleaned by a professionally trained COVID cleaner using anti-viral cleaning products and sprays. Following guidelines we have unfortunately had to remove some of the soft furnishings we would normally provide and for example we are not able to provide a hair dryer.
.
Use of the grounds:
Please feel free to make use of the extensive garden grounds around the property.
.
Health and Safety:
We have provided a First Aid kit, Fire Blanket and Fire Extinguisher for your health and safety. There is a working smoke detector in the kitchen. In the event of a fire, please make your way to the front entrance of the property.
