1. Once you have decided to join us we will send you an email saying "The Smart Explorer would like authorisation to take payment from you". If you hit the authorise button it will take you to a form to fill out.

2. Simply fill out the form with the details required.

3. You will then simply be asked to check all your details are correct and then hit the confirm button.

4. Once confirmed you will be taken to a page to say your Diredt Debit has been set up successfully.

5. Finally, you will receive an email from us confirming that the Direct Debit has fully been set up and you have authorised us to collect the monthly payments on the date discussed.
