VITO DE MEO
I'm somehow self taught, having left the school in 1967 to travel around the hippie way, doing many kind of artistic work to earn a living.
Briefly, I've been working with architects, advertisers, designers, decorers, editors, and anyone who could use my drawing skill and the experiences I was capitalising day by day.
As a Painter, I started doing abstracts, driving back to figurative in my 40's, studying all painting manners, and choising to continue the research on colors' division that generated the Futurism, a mouvement too soon expired, also for some stupid political deviations. In my works I'm quoting Artists and Schools of different epoques that influenced me, so I can claim myself an hybrid painter.
