One of the UK's leading oudoor photographers and British Wildlife Photographer of the Year winner, Ross Hoddinott is well known and highly regarded for his close up photography of insects and wild plants as well as for capturing evocative landscape images of the British Isles.

Ross began taking images at the age of ten and, by the time he won the Young Wildlife Photographer of the Year competition a few years later, he had already decided to pursue a career in photography.

Based in north Cornwall, where he lives with his wife and three young children, Ross is regular contributor to a number of national magazines and the author of five best selling photography books. He is also one of the 2020VISION photo-team – the largest, most ambitious multi media conservation project ever staged in the UK.
