Bette Millat was born with paintbrush in hand in 1953, Long Island, New York. She painted her way through childhood to adulthood, including studying with the noted portraitist, Marvin Triguba, featured in The Artist Magazine. While raising a family, Bette graduated cum laude from the Columbus School of Art and Design in 1997. She obtained her Masters from Ashland University in Middle Childhood Education. Her award winning works now reside in private collections across North America.
